I had the most horrible experience. First, when I went to pick up my car it still had scratches on the fender. They took the fender off and said I could pick it up on Monday. I came today and they put the fender on, but the front of the car was not alligned with the fender so they took it back. Then it happened again. Finally, after two hours I told them to their best because I wanted to leave. I would not recommend them to anyone. My front of the car is stll not even. Use someone else!

In February my wife lost traction on an icy incline and fishtailed into a concrete barrier which ended up costing more than $5000 to fix. Ofcourse our insurance paid for most of it. My wife had her car towed to Ultimate Collision because it was not far from where she crashed. We were told by Ultimate Collision that once we got the parts it would only take about 5 days to fix. We don't feel like they kept us up to date about their progress as well as they should have and they kept moving the completion date. It took about two weeks to get the parts. It took longer than that to get the car fixed. They towed it to their shop in another city for the repairs. My wife was without her car for a total of 42 days. When we finally got the car they had lost our son's car seat which we didn't have a chance to get before the car was moved to the other city. They also lost my wife's metal real estate sign which had been in the trunk. We also found a car model name plate in the seat which had not been put back on. A few days after picking up the car we finally got the car seat back and they put the name plate back on. We're still waiting to get the metal sign back. Although the car looks and drives just fine, we can't recommend Ultimate Collision because of their poor service.
